Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. We currently deliver across Indonesia, with delivery taking approximately 3–5 business days depending on your location.

During sale periods, public holidays, or for pre-order items, delivery may take a little longer — we'll always note this on the product page. tgc. isn't responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, payment is taken in full to secure your order, and the expected delivery window is listed on the product page. Any in-stock items in the same order will ship separately according to standard delivery times.

We want you to feel good about every tgc. purchase. Unused items in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached, can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: personalized items from Custom Your Own Gift (engraved or embroidered) are made specifically for you and can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If a mistake on our part led to your return — the wrong item, a damaged product — we'll also cover your return shipping cost.
